Job Responsibilities Include:
  1. Routine decalcification, processing, embedding, microtomy, and re-embedding of human tissue specimens from patients enrolled in clinical trials.
  2. Automated and manual staining (ImmunoHistoChemistry, FISH, etc.).
  3. Maintain proper storage conditions and traceability of histology blocks and slides (stained and unstained).
  4. Perform slide scanning as required and according to protocols.
  5. Prepare workstations, maintain instrumentation, and perform maintenance on instruments and equipment daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  6. Monitor reagents, materials, and supplies.
  7. Adhere to safety and occupational health policies and standards.

What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a histology laboratory.
  • Experience in FISH interpretation is a plus.
  • Medical Technologist degree (CFC holder, BTS, DUT, IUT Degree) or Pharmaceutical Biology Technologist (CFC holder).
  • Fluency in French.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
