Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop testing and system modelling.
• Strong understanding of aviation data buses, signals and system emulation.
• Experience with RTOS programming.
• Experience in system integration and rig testing.
• Hands-on experience with aircraft electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience designing, implementing and commissioning mechanical test rigs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary international teams.
• Fluent in English; German is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build, deploy, and maintain system models for HIL testing environments.
• Define, develop, and maintain HIL test facility control panels.
• Ensure RTTM configuration management and feature readiness for testing activities.
• Establish and validate rig representativity of output signals.
• Support the testing and validation of electrical and mechanical aircraft systems.
• Design, implement, commission, and maintain mechanical test rigs.
• Execute system integration and verification test campaigns on test benches.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot system issues, and support continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful system integration and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain system models for Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments
• Define, develop, and maintain HIL test facility control panels
• Ensure RTTM configuration management and feature readiness for testing activities

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and system modelling
• Strong understanding of aviation data buses, signals, and system emulation
• Programming experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience performing system integration and rig testing
• Strong background in aircraft electrical and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience operating system test benches
• Experience in the design, implementation, and commissioning of mechanical test rigs is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary international teams
• Fluent in English; German is considered a plus.
