Qualifikationen

• Technical apprenticeship or higher in electrical engineering.
• Several years in a leadership role in HV testing or insulation technology.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, generators and automation.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive safety.

Aufgaben

• Lead the laboratory team (15 FTE) and manage resources.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE safety and quality standards.
• Analyze and improve production and business processes.
• Oversee high-voltage testing procedures (AC, DC, impulse, partial discharge).
• Collaborate with planning, QA, logistics and other departments.
• Maintain work instructions and regulatory compliance (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Develop and monitor KPIs; report to operations manager.
• Act as People Manager ensuring regulatory compliance.
