Job summary

onehealthineers seeks an experienced UX Researcher to support the development of software and hardware solutions within radiation oncology. You will plan and conduct user research activities that drive product decisions, improve clinical workflows, and ensure safe and effective care.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Clinical Experts, applying User-Centered Design and regulated industry practices to deliver high-quality, user-friendly medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in UX research supporting software and/or hardware product development.
• Strong experience planning and conducting usability studies.
• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research to evaluate and improve product designs.
• Conduct user interviews, task analyses, design reviews, and usability testing.
• Define research goals, questions, and hypotheses aligned with business and user needs.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate results, KPIs, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Clinical Experts.
• Ensure research activities and documentation comply with regulatory requirements, including IEC 62366-1.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX research processes and best practices.
• Build a deep understanding of customer needs, clinical workflows, and user behavior.
