Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX research experience in software/hardware product development.
• Experience planning and conducting usability studies.
• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design methodologies.
• Healthcare or regulated industries experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to inform product decisions.
• Conduct interviews, task analyses, usability tests, and reviews.
• Define research goals and hypotheses aligned with user needs.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate results and KPIs to stakeholders.
