• Proven experience in managing Windows Server or Linux environments.
• Strong virtualization experience with VMware/ESXi/Hyper-V and VDI.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security and patch management.
• Experience in coordinating with external IT service providers.
• Experience participating in IT transformation projects.
• Good documentation and governance skills.

Aufgaben

• Gather and prioritize infrastructure requirements from projects and stakeholders.
• Design, implement and maintain server and storage infrastructure.
• Prepare and review technical specifications.
• Represent server infrastructure in IT projects and governance meetings.
• Collaborate with network, security and application teams.
• Manage server asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Plan capacity, investments and hardware replacement.
• Coordinate supplier selection and procurement activities.
• Define infrastructure standards (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, patch management).
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Provide 2nd level support across Switzerland.
• Coordinate 3rd level support with Group IT teams.
• Manage external infrastructure providers.
