• Maintaining physical and virtual server environments
• Monitoring system performance and availability
• Troubleshooting issues and managing incidents through resolution
• Performing OS upgrades and performance tuning

• Ensuring infrastructure reliability, security and data protection
• Understanding the existing tech environment and tools
• Participating in backlog refinement and project requirements
• Collaborating with infrastructure and domain experts in workshops
