Zusammenfassung

HARTING Technology Group in Baden sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Supply Chain Management, die global Strategien entwickelt und umsetzt. Sie leiten die globale Lieferketten- und Footprint-Strategie und arbeiten eng mit anderen Funktionen zusammen, um Wachstum und operative Exzellenz zu sichern.

Sie verfügen über einen Master-Abschluss im SCM oder Betriebswirtschaft, mehrjährige Führungsverantwortung, starke Analytik, Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Deutsch und Englisch auf hohem Niveau.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in SCM, Business Administration or relevant field
• Several years of leadership experience in SCM, Operations, Manufacturing or related industrial environment
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within complex international organizations
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem‑solving capabilities to drive sustainable improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
• Fluent German and English
• Highly motivated, proactive, execution‑driven in cross‑functional teams
