Zusammenfassung

HARTING Technology Group sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Bereich Supply Chain Management, die globale SCM‑Planungsteams leitet und weiterentwickelt. Sie koordinieren Demand-, Capacity‑ und Sales & Operations‑Planung über Regionen hinweg und arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Einkauf und Finanzen zusammen.

Sie setzen auf Digitalisierung, Optimierung von Prozessen und Transparenz in der Lieferkette. Führungserfahrung in einem matrixorientierten, internationalen Umfeld wird vorausgesetzt.

Qualifikationen

• Master-Abschluss in Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem relevanten Feld.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in SCM, Planung oder Prozessmanagement.
• Führungserfahrung in internationalem, matrixorientiertem Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Leiten und Weiterentwicklung globaler SCM‑Planungsprozesse, Standards und Governance.
• Implementierung, Harmonisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Planungsrahmen weltweit.
• Sicherstellen der nahtlosen Integration von Demand-, Capacity-, Sales & Operations‑Planung.
• Leitung funktionsübergreifender Initiativen mit SCM, Vertrieb, Produktion, Einkauf und Finanzen.
• Vorantreiben von Digitalisierung und Systemverbesserungen zur Transparenz und Effizienz.
• Als strategischer Partner Stakeholder‑Belange vertreten und Best Practices fördern.

• Lead and further develop global SCM planning processes, standards and governance
• Drive the implementation, harmonization and continuous improvement of planning frameworks across all regions
• Ensure seamless integration of Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Sales & Operations and related SCM processes
• Lead cross-functional process initiatives in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Finance
• Drive digitalization and system enhancements to improve planning transparency, efficiency and performance
• Act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and promote best practices across the global organization.

This is your connection to us

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Process Management or related areas
• Several years of leadership experience in an international and matrix-driven environment
• Proven expertise in planning processes such as Sales &Operations, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning or Supply Planning
• Strong project management, change management and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and fluent German and English language skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, communicative, results-oriented, and execution-driven, with a passion for working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
