HARTING Technology Group in Baden sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Bereich Supply Chain, um die globale Demand & Capacity Management-Organisation zu leiten und die Planung auf höchstem Niveau sicherzustellen. Sie treiben die globale Sales & Operations Planning-Prozessentwicklung voran, arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Operations, Einkauf und Finanzen zusammen und setzen datenbasierte Verbesserungen um.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Supply-Chain-Umfeld, inkl. Demand & Capacity Management.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) und IBP.
• Ausgeprägte analytische, strategische und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten.

Aufgaben

• Führung der globalen Demand & Capacity Management-Organisation.
• Antrieb der Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung des globalen S&OP-Prozesses.
• Abstimmung von Nachfrage, Kapazität und Geschäftsanforderungen für Planung und Ausführung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern aus Vertrieb, Operations, Einkauf und Finanzen.
• Steigerung der Planungsleistung durch datengetriebene Entscheidungen und Prozessoptimierung.

• Align demand, capacity and business requirements to enable effective planning and execution

• Enhance planning performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field
• Several years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Planing, Operations or related areas
• Proven experience in Sales & Operations, Integrated Business Planning, and Demand & Capacity planning
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to drive sustainable business improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, communicative, results-oriented, and execution-driven, with a passion for working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
