Supports delivery of technology projects aligned with business needs, focusing on strategic initiatives and understanding market challenges.
Responsible for developing and implementing solution roadmaps, ensuring organizational and customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance.
Collaborates across I&T functions, identifying opportunities for adoption and partnering with leadership on new initiatives. Establishes matrix teams to develop solutions.
Focuses on business value, framing problems before developing solutions, considering digital trends, risks, and business continuity.
Develops and drives the I&T vision and strategy for the supported business function, inspiring confidence and purpose.
Utilizes industry trends and digital advances to identify new opportunities and business needs.
Applies I&T architectural principles to ensure alignment with standards and frameworks.
Provides guidance on best practices and supports continuous improvement across multiple geographic locations (US, Europe, Asia-Pacific).
Creates high-level models/frameworks for future analysis to enhance business architecture.
Manages people and sourcing strategies to meet strategic goals, overseeing internal and external staff via CSL’s contract with Capgemini.
