SCHURTER is looking for a new head for our team responsible for product compliance, substances, and materials. In this role, you will ensure and develop regulatory compliance of the products in the company’s markets and lead a cross-located expert team.

Your Challenges

• Lead and develop the global product compliance team and ensure consistent processes group wide
• Oversee the global approval portfolio and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and product safety requirements
• Develop approval proposals ready for application and explore new solution approaches in the area of approval
• Manage budget and costs
• Provide regulatory expertise for internal and external customers in product compliance topics
• Ensure continuous improvement and digitalization of approval, material, and substance management processes as well as their database

Your Qualifications

• Engineer with further education in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in certifications and substance management
• Leadership experience in a global environment
• Fluent in English and good German skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on mentality
• Good communication skills, assertiveness, and being a strong team player
