Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent education.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or similar.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered tools; experience with 3D design is a plus.
• Proficient in German or English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Creative Lead and Marketing to develop concepts, mood boards, and visual directions for graphic, editorial, and video productions.
• Develop animations, motion graphics, and video content to bring brand concepts to life.
• Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to creative workflows and content production.
• Support E-commerce by integrating visual storytelling across website content, newsletters, and digital touchpoints.
• Create brand-consistent content for websites, newsletters, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare and optimize visual assets for digital advertising, including banners, image adaptations, cropping, and logo placement.
• Contribute a strong conceptual mindset to develop creative solutions with aesthetic and strategic impact.
• Collaborate across teams and welcome feedback and new perspectives.

To strengthen our team in the Graphics & Concept department we are looking for a

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

In this versatile role, you will work closely with the Brand Design and Marketing team to create and edit visually captivating designs that embody our brand and image.

These are your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions for graphic, editorial, and video productions.
• Develop animations, motion graphics, and video content that bring our brand and creative concepts to life.
• Apply and further incorporate AI tools and emerging technologies to creative workflows and content production, bringing a curious and experimental mindset to your work.
• Support the E-commerce team in integrating visual storytelling across website content, newsletters, and digital customer touchpoints.
• Create brand awareness content for websites, newsletters, social media, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistency with our corporate identity guidelines.
• Prepare and optimize visual assets for digital advertising, including banners, image adaptations, cropping, and logo placement while maintaining strong visual composition and brand consistency.
• Bring a strong conceptual mindset, developing creative solutions that combine aesthetic excellence with strategic impact.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, communicate ideas clearly, and remain open to feedback and new perspectives.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, along with 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• You are highly proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere Pro and Illustrator), Figma, and AI-powered creative tools. You actively integrate AI into your design process and are eager to explore emerging technologies and new creative workflows. Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus.
• You clearly articulate your point of view both verbally and in written or creative methods and you respond quickly and professionally to internal feedback.
• You bring insightful opinions and a broad cultural perspective, along with a deep understanding of the design landscape, to positively influence creative outcomes.
• You are proficient in either German or English, both written and spoken.
