Qualifikationen

• GMP knowledge required in a GMP-regulated setting.
• Manufacturing workplace experience preferred.
• Experience in training activities and curriculum development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Fluency in German; English at an intermediate level.

Aufgaben

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs and gaps with managers.
• Develop training curricula, outlines, materials, and assessments.
• Facilitate training sessions in various formats (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, e-learning).
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness using surveys and tools.
• Maintain records of training activities, materials, and progress.
• Ensure training activities meet compliance standards and regulations.
• Manage training resources, venues, equipment, and materials.
• Leverage LMS to schedule, track, and report on trainings.
• Stay updated on trends in training and development.
• Regularly coordinate with management on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
