Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical process development, API development, clinical supply, or manufacturing sciences.
• Proven experience leading complex projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of chemical process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing requirements.
• Good knowledge of Drug Linker-Toxin technology and containment asset safety.
• People management experience or clear potential for expanded leadership.
• Experience managing project budgets and delivering against targets.
• Fluent English; German proficiency is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Drug Linker-Toxin Process Development and/or MSAT chemist teams.
• Coordinate with production facilities to ensure robust technology transfer to GMP manufacturing.
• Own roadmaps, strategy, capability expansion, and capacity planning for the team.
• Provide technical and scientific leadership for Drug Linker-Toxin projects internally and externally.
• Support HR-related aspects, talent development, and performance management of the team.
• Ensure GMP and safety compliance across all activities and projects.
