Flyability, a Swiss drone company, is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead electronics procurement, S&OP, ERP rollout, and global logistics from Lausanne. You will drive cost optimization, supplier relationships, and a high-performance team in a fast-growing scale-up.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain leadership, strong procurement background, and fluency in English and French. Flexible schedules with up to 2 remote days per week are available, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in SCM/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive supply chain leadership in hardware/high-tech industries.
• 5+ years in operational and strategic procurement.
• Fluent English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronics procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory.
• Lead S&OP process across sales, operations, and finance.
• Drive ERP rollout and data standardization within supply chain.
• Manage global logistics, warehousing, and compliance.
• Build and mentor a 6-person supply chain team.
