The Head of Solution Delivery Finance Application is responsible for all development activities within the Domain Finance which is needed in the light of overall ROC (Renewing Operation Core of JB) program.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Establishes and maintains a development framework to unify/standardize interfaces from/to the surrounding domains.

• Establishes and maintains the “system building plan” which contains all elements to be adapted and/or built up in Finance ensuring readiness for go-live of overall ROC.

• Leads and supports the program- and project manager within his area in the context of ROC.

• Closely collaborates with other units in Finance as well as with counterparts of ROC Core and ROC Markets program.

• Supports the program manager of ROC Finance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Very good knowledge and experience in software development, architecture and system integration in heterogeneous system landscape.

• Good knowledge of integration patterns like Streaming, Queuing, WebAPI.

• Experience in similar roles, preferably in core banking replacement projects within the Financial Industry.

• Project Management skills (agile / waterfall).

• Finance- and SAP (BW/4) knowledge would be an asset.

• Master in computer science or similar education.

• Education in project management (agile / waterfall).

• Team player, coach & challenger.

• Can handle complex topics in a fast-changing environment.

• Hands-on mentality, strong delivery focus.

• Very structured, pragmatic.

• Open-minded, trusted, transparent.

• Fluent in both German and English (oral and written).
