About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Quantitative Trading to lead our trading innovation and support the CTO in developing next-gen infrastructure. If you're passionate about math, trading, and building elite systems, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-frequency crypto trading algorithms in C#, C++, and Python
• Optimize strategies with statistical and probabilistic modeling
• Build scalable, low-latency systems on AWS with custom market connectivity
• Lead and mentor a team of quant traders and ML engineers
• Apply machine learning and deep learning to model crypto markets
• Oversee risk with advanced quantitative analytics tools

Requirements

• 10+ years in quant finance, with a focus on HFT and mathematical modeling
• Proven track record of building automated trading systems (crypto experience a plus)
• Expertise in C#, C++, Python, AWS, GPU computing, and low-latency architecture
• Deep knowledge of probability, statistics, numerical methods
• Leadership experience in quant or AI teams, collaborating on CTO-level projects
• Master’s or PhD in Mathematical Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Bonus: Strong math competition background (e.g., Olympiads), fluent in English
