Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a seasoned Head of Private Banking in Zurich to lead and grow the Zurich-based private banking business. You will acquire and manage HNW/UHNW relationships, generate sustainable Net New Money, and collaborate with specialists across investments, lending and wealth planning.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong Zurich network, and fluency in German and English to represent the bank with senior clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a closely related environment.
• Proven track record in acquiring and developing HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Strong network within the Zurich market, including entrepreneurs, executives, family offices, trustees, lawyers and other centres of influence.
• Fluent German and English; fluency in French is ideal; additional languages are considered an asset.

• Lead and develop the Private Banking franchise in Zurich.
• Acquire, develop and manage relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

• Demonstrable history of generating Net New Money and growing client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of investment solutions, wealth planning and financing structures.
• Previous leadership or team management experience is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive commercial results.
• Fluent German and English; fluency in French is ideal; additional languages are considered an asset.
