Medair seeks a Head of Philanthropy to lead and grow Switzerland and Liechtenstein fundraising efforts. You will shape the philanthropy strategy, manage donor engagement and drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple funding streams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and drive performance.
• Strong track record with major donors and strategic partnerships.
• Experience in international NGOs or humanitarian settings is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and implement Medair's philanthropy strategy for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Build and coach the philanthropy teams across locations and languages.
• Cultivate and steward high-value donor relationships with foundations, major donors, and corporates.
• Represent Medair in philanthropy networks, conferences and partnerships.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with affiliates and deputise for the Engagement Director when needed.
