One Acre Fund seeks an entrepreneurial philanthropy leader to spearhead Switzerland fundraising and relationship-building with high-net-worth individuals and foundations. You will shape the Swiss fundraising strategy, coordinate with writing and finance teams, and build a robust donor network.

• Senior experience in fundraising or related origination roles with a clear track record of building fundraising operations or new markets.
• Personal fundraising results in the 7–8 figure range annually over the past five years.
• Independent portfolio growth with end-to-end fundraising cycle management.
• Strong networks within the philanthropic community in Switzerland and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Fundraising: build a donor pipeline and convert leads into high-value relationships; achieve new relationships within 6–12 months.
• Stewardship: manage high-value donors, renewals, and grant milestones with program and writing teams.
• Market strategy: maintain a Switzerland-focused strategy across donor types and sectors, building credibility locally.
• Spokesperson for farmers: represent One Acre Fund at events and conferences across Europe.
