Head of Performance Marketing – BetWarrior

We are BetWarrior, a gaming company based in Barcelona and Buenos Aires, focused on innovation in sports betting and casino games. We are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing responsible for managing digital accounts and driving the marketing department’s commercial performance through campaign-specific results and overall measurement.

Responsibilities
  • Development of a scalable, sustainable direct-to-consumer marketing program in a highly segmented, omni-channel environment.
  • Own the roadmap and define the overall strategy including data acquisition, audience segmentation, creative testing, and customer journey optimization.
  • Manage marketing campaign elements including creative brief development, production, targeting, list selection, fulfillment, tracking, and pre/post analysis.
  • Build milestones, matrices, and test/control methodology using strong quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate mastery in implementation with strategic thought leadership in media, audience segmentation, dynamic content, audience list management, production processes, and analytics.
  • Advance innovative operations enabling data transfer across databases and endpoints (including print vendors, digital onboarders, etc.) to integrate marketing execution.
  • Develop new perspectives and innovative approaches to elevate data-driven marketing programs.
  • Leverage team members with functional expertise to help shape these strategies.
  • Actively monitor performance and proactively manage optimizations.
  • Educate cross-functional business partners about best practices.
Personal Skills / Qualifications
  • Ideally +5 years of performance marketing management experience focusing on setup and optimization of campaigns within Google and/or Facebook platforms; additional platforms and channels are a plus.
  • Prior client-facing experience and strong experience with data analytics and building media plans.
  • Strong focus on Google platform experience in building account structures and optimizing performance for Search Campaigns.
  • Direct-response background driving relevant business results with best-in-class practices; high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and handle the unknown; exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Inspirational leader experienced in managing complex and innovative performance marketing strategies to a large audience.
  • Experience with sophisticated multi-channel marketing solutions, including targeting, dynamic publishing, journey building, triggers, sequencing, and A/B testing.
  • Strong data mindset with extensive experience in data planning, database marketing, profiling, and segmentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; experience working with 3rd parties (design agencies, printers).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills; able to interpret complex marketing data and communicate insights through reports and presentations.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
