Job summary

Hitachi Energy Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced leader to oversee end-to-end operations of the enterprise AI Platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-efficient services for global business use. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive MLOps, observability, security, and platform reliability.

You will manage a multidisciplinary global team, own budget accountability, define service catalogs and SLAs, and guide strategic platform investments to enable rapid, trusted AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML platforms or enterprise-scale operations.
• Proven track record delivering service reliability and SLA compliance.
• Expertise in Microsoft AI Services, cloud platforms, MLOps, SRE, observability.
• Experience with FinOps, cost management, capacity planning.
• Security by design, identity governance and data protection.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams across global environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI Platform Operations for secure, scalable enterprise services.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team across platform engineering, MLOps, SRE, FinOps, and security.
• Own operational excellence, budgeting, and workforce development.
• Oversee AI platform services for stability and business continuity.
• Define service catalogs, SLAs, release processes, and controls.
• Drive AI Ops, observability, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure platform security and compliance.
• Lead cost optimization and capacity planning.
• Deliver reusable platform capabilities for development teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations on investments and evolution.
