Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of IT infrastructure experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven leadership of complex networks and security in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and data centre/cloud architectures.
• Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen network resilience and security for LAN/WAN, addressing cyber threats and geopolitical risks.
• Ensure robust architectures, redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with SOC, CISO and architecture teams to align with security policies.
• Lead AI adoption and integrate AI-assisted features into platforms.
• Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs related to stability and service quality.
• Manage heads of teams and engineers, fostering accountability and collaboration.
