Check Point Software in Zurich is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and scale our Red Teaming and Agentic Security products (including AI Guardrails). You will report to the VP R&D and set technical direction, run delivery, and grow the engineering organization while collaborating with product leadership on strategy and roadmap.

You will define architecture and drive the technical direction, shape product strategy, and ensure quality and performance across development and deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience including managing managers and scaling teams.
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI and cybersecurity products.
• Strong track record elevating engineering output, culture and technical bar.
