Job summary

Check Point Software in Zurich is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and scale our Red Teaming and Agentic Security products (including AI Guardrails). You will report to the VP R&D and set technical direction, run delivery, and grow the engineering organization while collaborating with product leadership on strategy and roadmap.

You will define architecture and drive the technical direction, shape product strategy, and ensure quality and performance across development and deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience including managing managers and scaling teams.
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI and cybersecurity products.
• Strong track record elevating engineering output, culture and technical bar.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture and technical direction for Red Teaming and Agentic Security products.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap with a strong engineering perspective.
• Ensure high quality and performance, partnering with product through development and deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product to meet support and SRE SLAs.
• Build and scale a world-class engineering organization with HR support and career development.
• Align engineering with product and business goals and drive customer feedback loops.
