Pictet seeks a Head of Unit - Network & Security to own the vision, governance and operational excellence for the perimeter (Run & Change). You will ensure stability, performance, resilience and security while driving infrastructure modernisation and AI adoption.

You will lead senior engineers and collaborate with platform teams, business stakeholders and support functions, shaping safe, scalable and future-focused networks and security platforms.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, telecommunications, engineering or equivalent.
• 8-12 years IT infrastructure experience in a banking/financial environment, with leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex networks and security in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Own vision, governance and operational excellence for Run & Change perimeter.
• Ensure stability, performance, resilience and security of services.
• Drive infrastructure modernisation, AI adoption and cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Lead heads of teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs for stability and service quality.
