Accelleron Industries seeks an IS Team Lead Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland to lead local IT infrastructure, networks, datacenter and HPC services. You will drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence while partnering with manufacturing and shopfloor teams.

The role combines people leadership with technology vision, incident management, cybersecurity alignment and budget oversight in a hybrid, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in Infrastructure/IT Operations.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution.
• Strong IT service management background (ITIL).
• Ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop the IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team.
• Define and evolve the local infrastructure strategy aligned with global IS.
• Ensure service health, governance, budget and vendor performance.
• Partner with business to translate needs into roadmaps and investments.
