Job Description:
  • Serve as the spokesperson for Skyguide, leading a small team
  • Own and lead the Crisis Communications process
  • Represent Media Relations internally towards senior management and within the Communications Team
  • Organize proactive media relations in Switzerland and neighboring countries as appropriate
  • Act as a project owner, manager, or participant in various company projects
  • Analyze customer needs and respond to Air Traffic Management related requests from customers, partners, and the public
  • Ensure key messaging on topics of public interest is documented and up-to-date; act as the interface between major aviation partners and customers (airlines, airports, government, others) to coordinate Public Relations efforts
  • Train internal spokespeople
  • As a senior member of the Communications Leadership team, contribute to the department's strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Degree in communication, economics, or business administration
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Media relations
  • Profound knowledge of Air Traffic Management processes is preferred
  • Fluent in German, French, and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; team-oriented
