What you will do
  • Active strategic and operational management of the marketing activities of the Comparis Group, including brand management
  • Optimization of the marketing channel mix
  • Implementation of on-platform optimizations along integrated user journeys to continuously increase conversion and cross-selling rates
  • Coordination and close collaboration with the Comparis newsroom (branding and content marketing) as part of a holistic communication strategy to strengthen brand positioning and maximize marketing performance

What we expect from you
  • Extensive experience and expertise in marketing within a digital context, as well as in brand management and the further development of a well-known, established, and successful brand
  • Proactive, hands-on personality with several years of practical experience
  • Proactive approach to challenges, with a willingness to take on operational tasks personally
  • Proven track record in independently developing and personally implementing innovative marketing and communication solutions to gain market share
  • Excellent leadership skills, both professionally and personally, with the ability to inspire and develop a team through active role modeling and coaching within a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written (French is an advantage)
