You’ll own the global marketing strategy, shape a high-performing team, and build a marketing engine fueled by AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. From SEO/SEA to content, campaigns, and culture—you're not just steering the ship, you're upgrading it mid-sail with your hands-on contributions. You’ll collaborate closely with our Chief Sales Officer and leadership team, turning Trafag into a go-to brand for pressure, temperature, and gas density sensors around the world. And as we scale, your work will also elevate our employer brand, in close partnership with HR.

What You'll Do:

• Define, implement and lead the global marketing & communication strategy
• Lead and develop the marketing team (3 direct in Bubikon, 5 indirect worldwide) with vision and enthusiasm
• Implement efficient tools and processes in marketing automation, performance tracking and content development
• Increase Trafag’s digital presence through smart SEO/SEA tactics
• Manage collaboration with international subsidiaries, agencies and external partners
• Strengthen Trafag’s brand positioning across global markets through corporate design
• Shape and support our employer branding efforts in collaboration with HR
• Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer

What You Bring:

• University degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• Several years of experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial or tech-driven environment
• High affinity for digital tools, data analysis and innovative marketing approaches
• Strong communication and leadership skills combined with strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Fluency in both English and German
