As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will drive Zurich Instruments' brand recognition and lead intake, delivering a strong and direct impact on the company’s growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a global marketing team, including mentoring team leaders.
  • Define and execute our marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s vision to drive its’ growth.
  • Work with Product Managers and Application Scientists to turn technical insights into impactful content that drives thought leadership and lead generation in precision measurement.
  • Ensure consistent and powerful messaging across all channels and markets.
  • Drive innovation using the latest tools, data, and marketing automation.
  • Lead the evolution of our website, brand, and employer presence to better attract technical talent and engage a global scientific audience.
  • Inspire the organization with a clear marketing vision and connect marketing’s impact to our broader mission in science and technology.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of international marketing leadership experience in high-tech or scientific industries.
  • Background in physics, engineering, or a related technical field is a big plus.
  • A proven track record of building and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Curious, bold, and eager to embrace new tactics and tools to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly skilled in digital marketing and branding, with hands-on experience in SEO/SEA, marketing automation, Google Analytics, web and content management, digital campaigns, events, and social media.
  • An exceptional communicator who align diverse stakeholders, from scientists to executives, behind shared goals.
