Why This Role Is Right for You
As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial success. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring cross-team alignment, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across digital channels, partner ecosystems, and customer touchpoints. Working closely with internal stakeholders and Group Digital Marketing, you will translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring high-quality execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
About Your Future Tasks
In this position, you will:
- Lead and steer a team of four marketing specialists covering content, marketing campaign management, marketing operations, and digital project management.
- Oversee and align all marketing and communication activities, including digital presence, lead generation, sales enablement, partner marketing, and customer communication.
- Develop and monitor team KPIs to ensure measurable impact and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Transformation on overall marketing strategy, planning, and budgeting.
- Manage coordination and knowledge exchange with internal supporting functions such as Group Digital Marketing and Group Branding & Communications.
- Provide strategic direction and coaching to the team to ensure the execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Ensure effective performance tracking and continuous optimization of marketing activities (e.g., through Salesforce dashboards, web analytics and campaign reports).
- Drive the integration of lead funnel management and customer journey improvements into the marketing function.
About Your Future Responsiblities
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure strategic coherence across all marketing activities and campaigns.
- Guarantee smooth collaboration between the marketing team and other departments (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Product, Group Digital Marketing/Branding & Communication).
- Drive a performance-oriented culture within the team by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and fostering accountability.
- Manage the alignment of messaging, tone of voice, and brand presence across all channels.
- Own the implementation and usage of marketing systems, dashboards, and reporting tools in alignment with Group Digital Marketing.
- Represent the marketing function in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives when needed.

Your Education Path:
- Completed training with a focus on economics or a comparable qualification
- Preferably Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
Your Specialized knowledges (e.g. KYC, foreign languages):
- Native German, French or Italian, advanced to business fluent English, additional languages are a plus
- Understanding of digital lead generation, content strategy, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing reporting tools, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and CMS platforms.
- Proficient PC skills (MS Office) and experience in modern collaboration tools (Teams, Miro)
- Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and partner ecosystems is advantageous.

Your (Professional) experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team lead role.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with international teams.
- Background in B2B, tech, Telco, IT, SaaS, payments, or financial services is a plus.
