Head of Maintenance West (80-100%)

Job Title: Head of Infrastructure - Facility Management

As the Head of our Infrastructure team within the Facility Management department, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading the Facility Management Infrastructure team to ensure maintenance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
2. Planning team activities and providing on-call support.
3. Monitoring and operating technical equipment in a complex, continuously operated environment.
4. Managing, supporting, and implementing various projects.
5. Serving as the primary contact for external suppliers and overseeing maintenance and service contracts.
6. Possessing electrical or HVAC engineering qualifications or equivalent experience.
7. Having several years of experience in building infrastructure management.
8. Demonstrating strong team leadership skills.
9. Having experience in facility management and project operations.
10. Exhibiting excellent communication skills, leadership, team spirit, flexibility, and openness to change.
11. Being a native French speaker (Level C2), fluent in English (Level C1), with German language skills considered an asset.
