This task involves the internalisation and further setup of the legal department and reflects the organisation’s commitment to strengthening its legal and compliance capabilities. You will structure the department and in a second step hire 2 legal counsel / advisors to build a powerful team for future challenges.
As the Head of the Inhouse Legal and Compliance, you will be part of the Group Executive Committee. You will lead the legal and compliance department, overseeing all aspects of legal and regulatory affairs within the organization and provide legal services that support business growth. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s legal and regulatory interests while fostering a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour.
