Mosaic School in Geneva, part of the International Schools Partnership, seeks a Head of Learning to provide strategic leadership for bilingual teaching and learning across the Primary School. You will drive educational excellence, shape curriculum in French and English, and align practices with ISP standards while supporting teachers through coaching and professional development.

You will monitor outcomes, lead on assessment, manage budget, ensure safeguarding, and collaborate with ISP learning

Aufgaben

• Educational Leadership: Define, implement and oversee the school’s educational strategy with bilingual excellence.
• Curriculum and Learning Leadership: Design and develop the curriculum aligned with PER and ISP expectations.
• Teacher Support and Development: Lead, coach and monitor teachers; organise observations and PD plans.
• Educational Quality Assurance: Monitor outcomes, analyse data, drive improvement plans.
• Bilingual Programme Coordination: Ensure coherence of French-English bilingual pathway across teams.
• Student Achievement and Inclusion: Promote inclusive practices and student wellbeing.
• Team Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes; ensure continuity.
• Relationships with Families and the School Community: Build strong relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Partnership with ISP: Collaborate with ISP Learning teams and participate in international projects.
• Safeguarding, Health, Safety and Compliance: Implement safeguarding and safety policies.
• Budget Management: Contribute to budget planning and monitoring for educational projects.
• Project Leadership and HR Management: Lead educational projects and coordinate teams.
• Staff cover and Replacement: Plan staff cover and ensure continuity of learning during absences.
• Implementation of ISP Educational Initiatives: Lead ISP initiatives like SIP, LIP, ILOS and sharing best practices.
• Collaboration with the IT Department: Align EdTech with learning goals and invest in digital tools.
• Admissions and Family Retention: Support recruitment and onboarding of families.
• Educational Administration: Manage reports, monitoring records and SEN pathways.
