We’re looking for an experienced IT leader to drive digital transformation and elevate our global IT landscape. You'll lead a skilled international team, modernize key systems with cloud technologies, and ensure seamless, secure operations across multiple sites. Your Key Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the company’s IT strategy, ensuring a secure, scalable, and future-ready digital ecosystem
• Inspire, lead, and grow a dynamic global IT team, fostering innovation while leveraging external service providers and strategic partners
• Modernize and optimize the IT landscape by leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies and enhancing the ERP system (e.g. MS Office / Dynamics 365, CRM, Azure)
• Drive digital transformation, partnering with departments to automate and streamline core business processes for maximum efficiency
• Execute high-impact IT projects, from system migrations to AI-driven automation, ensuring innovative technology accelerates business success
• Actively support development of software applications with optimized platforms and seamlessly integrated interfaces for enhanced business processes and customer integration
• Fortify IT security and compliance, proactively implementing and monitoring state-of-the-art security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS-2, CRA, etc.)
• Guarantee seamless IT operations and establish proactive, high-performance IT support processes across all business areas and international sites
• Proactively manage / optimize IT budget and investment planning for highest cost efficiency in IT while aligning technology initiatives with strategic company objectives
• Develop and conduct internal training sessions to enhance user proficiency and system’s effectiveness

What You Bring

• Bachelor or Master Degree (Uni / FH) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a leadership IT role, in an international and ideally in a manufacturing company
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, business process management and ERP systems (preferably D365)
• Proven experience in IT project management, change management, and process optimization
• Deep knowledge of IT / cyber security and data protection regulations
• Excellent leadership and intercultural communication skills, with the expertise to manage and develop a diverse, multi-location team
• Strong ability to build internal networks and foster productive collaboration with business units to develop impactful IT solutions
• Business fluency in German and English
• Structured, solution-oriented working style, coupled with a high level of initiative and hands-on mentality
