Zusammenfassung

Insight Select in Zurich is seeking a Head of Investment Operations to build the operational backbone for a hedge fund / investment management platform. The role centers on designing scalable OMS/PMS, trade settlement, risk controls, and back/middle-office infrastructure.

You will partner with senior leadership and the investment team to deliver a lean, entrepreneurial platform that supports a sophisticated trading strategy and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in investment operations within hedge funds or sophisticated investment environments.
• Strong track record building or scaling investment operations functions.
• Exposure to OMS/PMS implementations and broker relationships.

Aufgaben

• Lead selection and implementation of OMS/PMS.
• Establish relationships with brokers, prime brokers, and other counterparties.
• Build scalable trade settlement, reconciliation, and operational control processes.
• Develop robust middle and back-office infrastructure and risk controls.
• Manage relationships with administrators, custodians and service providers.
• Collaborate with investment team to ensure operations support trading needs.
