Head of International Client Relation

AIX Group AG is looking for a highly motivated and internationally experienced Head of International Client Relations to join our team in Zurich. The ideal candidate combines strong international client relationship experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of investments and financial products. This position requires a confident, proactive and service-oriented professional who is comfortable managing relationships with international clients and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the international client relations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with international and high-value clients, with a strong focus on trust, retention and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between the Zurich and Dubai offices for international client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication, coordination and continuity across both locations.
• Oversee the international client journey and establish high standards for client communication, service quality and relationship management.
• Provide strategic input to management on client needs, market developments, retention opportunities and international client strategy.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s investment products and financial solutions and ensure professional communication of relevant information to clients.
• Coordinate complex or sensitive client matters across management and relevant internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and further develop the company’s international client network.
• Support the development and implementation of client relationship policies, processes and service standards across international markets.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and interactions with international clients and business stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in senior client relations, international relationship management, financial services, investments or a comparable client-facing position.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of investments, financial products and the financial services environment.
• Experience in the GCC market is strongly preferred, particularly in managing international or high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships across different countries, cultures and business environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional, discreet, responsible and highly self-motivated personality.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client matters with a high level of professionalism.
• Fluency in English, German and Russian is required. Any other language is a plus.
• Relevant university degree or comparable higher education preferred.
• Available to start ASAP.
