Job summary

AIX Group AG in Zurich is seeking a highly experienced Head of International Client Relations to lead and transform our international client engagement. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of investments and financial products, and excellence in cross-border relationship management.

You will coordinate between Zurich and Dubai offices, oversee the client journey, and drive retention through strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Senior client relations experience in financial services is required.
• Investments knowledge and financial products understanding is essential.
• Experience managing international/high-value client relationships is preferred.
• Start ASAP and able to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the international client relations strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with international/high-value clients with focus on trust and retention.
• Serve as strategic liaison between Zurich and Dubai offices for international client matters.
• Oversee client journey and ensure high standards of communication and service.
• Provide management with insights on client needs, market developments and international strategy.
• Coordinate complex client matters across departments while maintaining confidentiality.
