A high-performance automotive company in Switzerland is seeking a Head of Homologation. In this full-time role, you will lead the Homologation group, managing external relationships and ensuring quality and reliability standards are met. Ideal candidates have previous management experience and strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team. A facility with English is required; French and/or Italian are a bonus.

Head of Homologation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Homologation group and be responsible for all related items including Quality and Reliability departments. Provide technical expertise and manage all external relationships with testing and certification entities.
• Conduct periodic reviews with other groups of our company, such as Design, Chassis, Powertrain, etc., to support the Project Management in establishing adequate planning, controls, and procedures in our road to success.

Key Skills

• Previous experience in a similar technical/management position.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work with all levels of people.
• Ability to work independently but with strong teamwork capabilities is a must.

Language

• English (Required), French and/or Italian (Bonus).
