Sonova seeks a Senior Manager Sound Quality Engineering to lead a team responsible for evaluating and optimizing sound quality across hearing solutions. You will work closely with Signal Processing, Audiology, Software Engineering, Verification and other R&D groups to translate strategy into measurable user benefits.

You will guide the team through development, verification and optimization, balancing technical excellence with timelines and customer value, while fostering a culture of learning

Qualifikationen

• Masters degree in a technical field; strong background in acoustics or signal processing.
• Proven leadership of projects or teams in an R&D setting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Lead and develop a team of sound quality engineers for Sonova hearing solutions.
• Translate strategy into priorities and executable objectives for the team.
• Oversee development, verification and optimization of new hearing functions.
