Kardex Holding AG is seeking a Director Hardware Portfolio Management to define and execute the long-term strategy for the hardware portfolio. You will lead a team of Product Managers, drive portfolio decisions, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Based at one of Kardex locations (Zurich, Bellheim, Neuburg an der Kammel, or Neuenstadt am Kocher), you will foster an entrepreneurial mindset and deliver customer value

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability in managing hardware product portfolios and driving business impact.
• Strong leadership with experience coaching and developing product teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute long-term strategy for Kardex hardware portfolio.
• Drive portfolio decisions based on market opportunities, customer needs and financial impact.
• Evaluate and optimize portfolio to strengthen market position and ROI.
• Prioritize investments and allocate resources across opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to translate insights into strategy.
• Lead portfolio simplification, lifecycle management and modularization initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Product Management team.
