Qualifikationen

• BSc in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years procurement experience, ideally in electronics or hardware manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills; track record of managing supplier contracts and pricing.
• Familiarity with sourcing electronic or mechanical components (semiconductors, PCBs, magnetics, enclosures).
• Detail-oriented, comfortable with data analysis and record-keeping (ERP systems / spreadsheets).
• Team player, cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English; German helpful but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Contract and purchase raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, services for prototype, pilot and volume production.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery with suppliers for critical components – power semiconductors, magnetics, PCBs, enclosures.
• Compile and analyze data, track trends and manufacturing/supply processes, maintain purchasing records.
• Issue and manage purchase orders; track status and expedite to meet production schedules.
• Support supplier qualification and specification compliance for new and existing vendors.
• Coordinate with Engineering to translate technical requirements to suppliers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory levels, lead times and logistics.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and identify alternate sourcing options.
• Help scale supplier base and purchasing processes through Alpha to Production readiness.
