A leading financial company in Switzerland is seeking a Head of Group Consolidation and Reporting to oversee all aspects of financial consolidation for a growing organization. As the Head of Group Consolidation and Reporting, you will lead all aspects of group financial consolidation, related accounting and reporting. Your role will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial data, directly supporting an ambitious private equity-driven "buy and build" growth strategy. You will play a key role in integrating new acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and preparing the group strategically for future exit events.
