Enterprise Bot is a dynamic scale-up founded in 2017. We support major companies such as SIX Group (Swiss Stock Exchange), SWICA, Generali, and others in enhancing their customer interactions and automating processes using our Conversational AI technology.

Globally, our team consists of over 60 highly motivated employees from various nations and cultures. Our Zurich office has a familial, collegial atmosphere in a small team of about 10 people.

Tasks

As Head of Finance & Investor Relations, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all financial functions, driving strategic planning, and leading fundraising efforts. You will also be pivotal in managing contracts and negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role demands a blend of deep financial expertise and the agility required to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision and hands-on approach to support our growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to align with business goals, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, and ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Investment & Fundraising: Lead funding efforts by managing investor relationships and pitching to potential investors, while evaluating and advising on the financial aspects of funding, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement financial systems and controls to streamline operations, enhance performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contract negotiations, management, and invoicing processes to ensure favorable terms, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while mentoring staff to ensure continuous professional growth and effective performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for financial matters with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions, and present financial reports and analyses to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Should be hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving complex financial and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as Finance Head, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting.
• Expertise in financial modeling, analyzing cash flow, P&L, and balance sheets, as well as in planning and budgeting.
• Experience in identify new fundraising opportunities, maintaining investors relations, following up with them to close out fundraising.
• Oversee contract negotiations, management, and invoicing to ensure favorable terms, legal compliance, and alignment with company goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive strategic initiatives effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in managing investor relations and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Should be comfortable with domestic & International Travel, as required.
