Do you have experience in the hospitality sector ? Have you worked in Switzerland ? Then this position is made for you!

For one of our clients, a prestigious establishment located on the shores of Lake Geneva, we are looking for a Head of finance 90% to 100% position.

Your responsibilities with your new employer

• You rigorously oversee the daily accounting operations specific to the hospitality sector
• You prepare monthly and annual closings, producing financial statements (P&L, balance sheets)
• You handle all tax-related matters for hotel operations, including VAT, tourist taxes, and local levies
• You manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as fixed asset accounting related to hotel operations
• You coordinate internal and external audits and ensure proper reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• You lead the accounting team and work closely with operational departments
• You actively contribute to the financial and strategic decisions of the hotel's management
• You identify opportunities for supplier negotiations and optimize contractual terms

What you bring to your eew Employer

• You hold a degree in accounting or a relevant professional certification
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a financial role within a 5-star hotel or luxury property
• You are proficient with industry-specific software such as Micros and Opera, as well as standard office tools
• You are fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• You demonstrate a high level of accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage priorities effectively
• You are available at short notice and eager to take on a new and ambitious professional challenge
