Job summary

CSL Vifor seeks an influential communications leader to shape our external innovation narrative and partner ecosystem. You will drive thought leadership, executive visibility, and media engagement to create high-quality partnering opportunities and strengthen our position in biotech.

Working across Corporate Affairs, R&D, Search & Evaluation, Business Development and Commercial teams, you will translate complex science into compelling storytelling and lead multi-channel campaigns that engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
• MBA or Master's in Communications is advantageous.
• 10+ years' experience in corporate/healthcare/biotech communications.
• Proven success supporting senior executives and scientific leaders in global organisations.
• Strong expertise in thought leadership, corporate reputation and executive communications.
• Established media relations experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external innovation and business development communications strategy.
• Build and amplify a differentiated partner-of-choice narrative across therapeutic areas.
• Partner with senior leaders to enhance strategic positioning and visibility.
• Lead executive thought leadership programs, including speaking engagements and articles.
• Drive proactive media relations for CSL leaders in biotech and science communities.
• Create digital, social media and content campaigns for target audiences.
• Produce executive communications, partner success stories and conference content.
• Maximise CSL's participation at major scientific and biotech conferences.
• Enhance partnering and innovation digital presence with partner-facing content.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure reputation and engagement.
