• Set the enterprise DSAI people and organization strategy.
• Translate the ambition into an integrated, future-ready agenda across workforce, organization, leadership, culture, talent and capability.
• Shape strategic workforce and capability choices using scenarios, analytics and external insight.
• Lead the enterprise DSAI OTR and orchestrate the enterprise talent review for ECN review.
• Establish enterprise talent and career approaches for DSAI roles and communities.
• Build the external DSAI talent brand and pipeline with universities and networks.
• Design and create enterprise DSAI standards, governance and reward approaches.
• Connect enterprise strategy with unit execution and define governance boundaries.
• Influence a complex enterprise stakeholder system across ECN-1 leaders and hubs.
• Redesign work for human-AI collaboration with accountable, human-centered processes.
• Coach senior leaders and drive culture and transformation to support DSAI strategy.
