Novartis AG in Basel seeks a senior leader to drive the enterprise DSAI people and organization agenda across our Data Science and AI initiatives. You will shape workforce, leadership, culture, and capability strategies to deliver the DSAI ambition with responsible human-AI collaboration.

The role involves coordinating with ECN-1 leaders, building governance, talent reviews, career architectures, and external DSAI talent pipelines while ensuring alignment with unit execution and enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Extensive P&O/HR experience with executive partnerships in a global matrix.
• Experience creating enterprise-wide people strategies, standards and programs.
• Fluency in people analytics and AI-enabled tools, responsible AI principles.

Aufgaben

• Set enterprise DSAI people and organization strategy across units.
• Shape workforce capability choices using scenarios and data storytelling.
• Lead the enterprise DSAI OTR and talent reviews for ECN with clear implications.
• Establish career, mobility, succession, and talent-allocation mechanisms for DSAI roles.
• Build external DSAI talent brand and pipelines with universities and networks.
• Design governance, rewards, career architecture, and capability frameworks for DSAI.
• Connect enterprise strategy with unit execution and governance to avoid gaps.
• Influence ECN-1 leaders across R&D, Commercial, Ops and Global Functions.
• Guide human-AI collaboration and responsible work design to boost productivity.
• Coach senior leaders and drive transformation adoption.
