The role connects across units, ensuring enterprise priorities translate into measurable outcomes, while championing responsible human-AI collaboration and a strong external talent brand.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience of progressive P&O/HR with executives in a global matrix.
• Strong organization design and strategic workforce planning experience.
• Experience creating enterprise-wide people strategies, governance or programs.
• Evidence of leading enterprise talent reviews and capability discussions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Fluency in people analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Aufgaben

• Set the enterprise DSAI people and organization strategy across units.
• Translate DSAI ambition into integrated workforce and capability agenda.
• Lead enterprise talent review and present implications to ECN.
• Establish enterprise talent and career approaches for DSAI roles.
• Build external DSAI talent brand and pipeline.
• Design enterprise DSAI standards and governance.
• Coordinate governance to ensure alignment between enterprise and unit roles.
• Influence a complex stakeholder system across R&D, Commercial and Global Functions.
